Established in 2003, Circle 200 was created to provide a forum for senior-level executive women in
Northeastern Pennsylvania. It has grown to include women from a variety of professions including
finance, education, media, manufacturing, technology, entertainment, non-profit, medical, legal and
marketing as well as community leaders with significant Board responsibilities. Circle 200
facilitates networking and promotes leadership opportunities for women of achievement.
Circle 200's founders, Elizabeth Graham and Marilyn Millington, had the vision for creating this
"invitation only" networking organization for women in senior executive positions to share experiences
and best practices with the intention of increasing the number and visibility of women in senior
executive leadership positions in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Working in tandem with the initial
support of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry; Donna Sedor, Executive Vice
President of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber; and Sue Kluger, former Executive Director of Leadership
Wilkes-Barre, this vision became a reality.
More than a leadership organization, Circle 200 members share information, concerns and
initiatives. Relationships are formed based on expertise and experience. Connections
are made on a personal and professional basis and form the foundation that makes Circle 200 unique
and invaluable.
